U.S. Rep Jim Gerlach, PA Republican Gubernatorial Candidate: Common Sense Leadership For All Pennsylvanians

The above video is part 2 of the interview with PA Republican gubernatorial candidate U.S. Rep. Jim Gerlach (see post on 10/27/09 for Part 1). In this interview Rep. Gerlach outlines his proposals for a solvent and ethical PA commonwealth by addressing:

  1. greater commonwealth fiscal responsibility and controls
  2. ending commonwealth "no bid" contracts, and
  3. strong commonwealth ethics laws, which have been woefully missing under the Rendell administration

Rep. Gerlach also highlights his proposal for a 2-year commonwealth budget cycle"... to cut costs, increase accountability and avoid the annual budget soap opera, which for the last seven years has resulted in increased government spending and higher taxes."

Rep. Gerlach also discusses his positions on abortion, gun control, stem cell research and the environment. Rep. Gerlach characterizes himself as a "common sense" conservative and his congressional voting record and policy positions on the above issues truly support that characterization.

For Pennsylvanians looking for common sense leadership please take some time to view part 2 of the interview with U.S. Rep Jim Gerlach. He's the best gubernatorial candidate for guiding PA's future with common sense leadership.

JIM GERLACH WILL BRING COMMON SENSE LEADERSHIP TO PENNSYLVANIANS
